The members of the Belarusian Youth Movement of America took part in organization of the festive event.

In a month after the celebration of the Mother’s Day, our fathers were sincerely congratulated, thanked in a cozy friendly atmosphere in the same Belarusian church.

The representatives of the Belarusian and Ukrainian community read the poems devoted to our fathers: caring and zealous, strict but loving, serious but with a sense of humor, hardworking but at the same time capable of resting with their families and taking care of them.

Fathers who has a new-born child, and who has already an experience of bringing up a son or a daughter, and fathers “in a square”- who brought up the children of their children, and also “cubed” fathers - great grandfathers - celebrated this day in a friendly Belarusian-Ukrainian company.

The poems written by the present people and by their children were certainly memorized most of all: the feelings expressed and described in a poetic way familiar to everybody who was present on this day in the Belarusian Church in New Jersey.
